LV110+ players who have reached Meso Demigod LV5 can visit the Astrolobe inside the Sea of Atlantis to charge themselves with energy. You will charge more quickly by slaying Eerie Energy Entities. You will be rewarded with lots of EXP, and a Stargrid once the quest is finished.
