Skill level of pets decide the strengths among pets of the same level. From the Pet Skill Trainer, you can only buy a LV.1 skill book. Higher level skill books are stored in the treasure of gods.

Higher Grade Skill books? They are all stored in the treasures of gods which is an act by the gods to make a balance. Pets were all originally powerful, and gods could not control them gradually. They then decide to put all higher level Pet skill books into the treasures of gods until the world encounters a threat of being destroyed.
