I think you need Medium Soulgem and Medium Soulcrystal to upgrade your Soul Gear. Although you are new, you should come to me every day until you have the full set of LV90 Soul Gear. Go defeat Efreet Sultan, I will reward you 5 Medium Soulgems and 6 Medium Soulcrystals.
