Speak to Karonna and teleport to the Square Remains. Use the Summoning Covenant to summon the Summoner Vanguard. Compete with him, then speak to the Ruin Guard Captain to return to Atlantis and report to Karonna.

Introduction

Karonna told you that it is thanks to the Summoners that the new Atlantis was able to be built. They can commune with nature, and team spirits, demons, and beasts alike. They have decided to join the warriors of Atlantis.

NPC Dialog

We must thank the Summoners, as they helped us to build this new city. We met them when we were seeking the Black Dragons; they tame beasts and other mythical animals, but rarely communicate with others, so they few know of them. After Atlantis was overrun by monsters, they realized that they too must unite with us to resist the dark tides swallowing our world. If you wish to meet them, you can use the Summoning Covenant at the Square Remains to call one to compete with. You should then take a look at the Summoner Status near the Hero Altar.

Quest Completion

Summoners use their magic to make contracts with demons, spirits, and beasts, who then come to assist them in battle. They have also learned some magic from the Heretics and Magus, and fighting styles from the Slayers. They have decided to join forces with the warriors of Atlantis, and fight for the future of our world.
