Introduction

Devourer Ammit is a loyal servant to Judge Aku. He swallows evil souls to maintain the balance of the netherworld. But he has been tired and has stopped working lately. There are an excess of evil souls floating around now, which threatens the order of the netherworld.

NPC Dialog

You seem to be willing to work hard, so I will tell
you the situation. Ammit has been tired lately
because he ate something unclean. There are too
many souls in the netherworld for Aku to judge, so
he left some in the Nightmare Doman. Ammit didn't
pay attention and swallowed them all.

Quest Completion

Ammit is unable to eat good souls, it is not what the
gods made him for. I'm afraid that he will come to
like eating them, however, that would be a terrible
thing for the netherworld.
