Enter the Atrium through the Atrium Gate. Then go to the Land of the Dead through the entrance to the netherworld and talk with Pandora there. You must be at least LV97 to finish this quest.

You have gained the trust, and the tokens of Latamantis and Aku. Now there is only the third Judge, Minos, between you and entering the Temple of Osiris. Minos is an aristocrat in the netherworld. He is very proud, and he collects wine and weapons as a hobby. Pandora spent time studying him before summoning you.

Quest Completion

I have good news. After studying Minos for a long
time, I have found his weakness. Minos' ancestors
died defending Hades, so they were made into
nobles of the netherworld. Minos became one of
Hades' three trusted Judges. His status seems lofty,
but it is also his weakness.
