Berminham almost miraculously restored the notebook. Most of the words can be made out now. Muto won't have to worry about not having any clues. When the quest is complete, you must be LV.35 to continue.

NPC Dialog

I never imagined I'd be able to successfully cast a
spell such as Holy Regeneration on the first try! I
think I got lucky. Now, I can make out almost all the
words. Go remind Muto not to forget his promise.

Quest Completion

Don't worry, I've prepared the collection he needed
for him. Divac's diary has at last been restored. I
need time to study this. I hope clues as to the
location of Golden Island can be found.
