Introduction

It seems that the Scarlet Phoenix is not the only of the Four Guardians that has gone mad. The Emerald Dragon has taken to torturing the people on this island for his own personal amusement. Riester's brother, Harkas, is the latest victim, and Riester has asked you to rescue him.

NPC Dialog

(Riester gestures more frantically than before. It
seems his brother Harkas has been captured by the
Emerald Dragon, who toys with the islanders for his
own amusement. He kneels before you and begs
you to rescue his brother.)

Quest Completion

Thank you, you've saved my life. Are you surprised
that I can speak your language? There are a few of
us who can. The Emerald Dragon granted us this
ability to help him with his mission for Odin... but
this was before he went mad. Recently, all he's
cared to do is torment us relentlessly. A few of us
have even died...
