Issabey is not friendly to strangers. If you want to gain his trust you will have to help him with one of his problems. Kill some of the demons that stalk King's Gorge.

I told you to go away! I have to deal with demons all
over King's Gorge, I just don't have time to talk to
an outsider. Stay away from me, hopefully you'll be
eaten by those devils.
