Introduction

Garcia needs one more material called a Blood Opal to reforge the Staff. The Blood Opal is the distilled essence of a terrible monster called Spino that lives in Nile River West.
Notice: Visit Pitt to buy Moonlight Wine, then right-click the lizard meat Garcia gave you to make it into Wine Lizard Meat. Take it to Spino's hidden place in Nile River West (120, 80). Use the Wine Lizard Meat to lure the monster, then kill it to get the Blood Opal.

We have located the two broken parts of the Crystal Staff, but we need the Blood Opal to bind them together again. The Blood Opal is the distilled essence of the monster Spino that lives in Nile River West. If you soak lizard meat in moonlight wine, you will be able to lure Spino out from hiding and defeat him. I suggest bringing friends to fight Spino, he is very fierce.
