It's uncommon to see anyone in the vast desert, let alone a suspicious person. Mudads tells you that he vividly remembers meeting someone strikingly out of the ordinary before. There's very little time left, but you have no choice but to follow this only lead.

Anything unusual? Well, other than all the faces in
the sand storms, I remember seeing someone at the
oasis. He was rather creepy, so I kept my distance.
He's to the north if you want to find him. There's
nothing else I can tell you.
