Banno became a lot nicer after hearing about Orion. He mentioned knowing something about Emerton, but you'll have to help him clear out some Vampire Bats first.

You know Orion? Ah, wonderful! We've been friends
for a long time. I can only assume he's here
because of Emerton. He's been after that priest for
quite a while now. I know some things that could
help you, but I'm in a bit of a predicament right now.
You see, these vampire bats are keeping me
trapped here. I'll tell you what I know if you get rid
of them.
