Introduction

Jonas suspects that the frescoes show how to deal with the Scorpion Lord. He also noted that the Necron Classics are displayed in there, as well. He wants to find out why and needs you to fend off the Runed Scorpions while he tries to figure it out. Kill 12 Runed Beetles. If he's the unparalleled genius he acts like, he should be finished by then.

Interesting. The frescoes seem less about honoring
the Scorpion Lord and more about subduing him. I'd
hazard a guess that it wasn't worshippers that built
him this crypt. A few of the frescoes have the
Necron Classics in them, and I'm not sure why. I'd
like to compare them with the Classics in hand and
try to figure out the connection, but those Runed
Beetles make it dangerous to concentrate deeply,
and I'll need my full concentration to deal with this
puzzle. If you'll hold them off for me, I guarantee
that I'll figure it out before you even break a sweat.
