Defeat the Minotaur Captain in Viking Steppe to get Cadmus' Axe. Then give it to Ohrah.

Introduction

Ohrah gave up his identity as the gods' craftsman when the giant dragon, Selene, killed his wife and son. Cadmus' Axe is the only weapon that can kill Selene. If you can find this legendary weapon, Ohrah will surely repay you for allowing him to avenge his fallen family. After Ragnarok, Cadmus's Axe found its way to Viking Steppe. Perhaps one of the Minotaurs has it.

NPC Dialog

Cadmus was an Egyptian prince that Odin gave a
giant, enchanted axe to. Now known as Cadmus'
Axe, it is tainted with the blood of the giant, Ymir.
This gives it a power unlike any other weapon. It is
well known that Cadmus' Axe the only weapon
capable of killing the giant dragon, Selene. If you
can find Cadmus' Axe, I believe Ohrah's stubborn
will crumble. Ohrah cannot ignore the chance to
avenge his wife and son. After Ragnarok, Cadmus'
Axe found its way to Viking Steppe. You must
reclaim if from the Minotaurs.

I can't believe you found Cadmus' Axe! I've
searched for centuries and could never find it.
Forget it. I know what you're trying to do, and I
advise you not to waste your time. I swore to Odin I
would not work for anyone until I got revenge for
my wife and son. I died along with the title,
gods' craftsman.
