Introduction

Odin sees whatever his crows see, and though their daytime vision is very keen, they are virtually blind at night. Goran Aar's suspicions were confirmed when she discovered the wolves had been consistently setting up for attacks at night to avoid Odin's detection. Due to Odin's blessing, they maintained this predictability and the tribe was able to preemptively thwart the attacks by striking at night. However, Goran Aar believes the means to ultimately achieving peace lies in defeating Karth. Hockhees, constantly at odds with Goran Aar, prefers maintaining the current strategy. Goran Aar hopes you can convince him otherwise. You must be at least level 75 to complete this quest.

NPC Dialog

Odin sees whatever his crows see, and though their
daytime vision is very keen, they are virtually blind
at night. My suspicions were confirmed when I
discovered the wolves had been consistently setting
up for attacks at night to avoid Odin's detection.
Due to Odin's blessing, they kept up this pattern
and we were able to preemptively thwart the attacks
by striking at night. However, the way I see it, the
means to ultimately achieving peace lies in
defeating Karth. Hockhees, who never agrees with
me, prefers maintaining the current strategy. I was
hoping you could try to convince him.

Quest Completion

Well, your achievements and skill really speak for
themselves! Ideally, Goran Aar should have
recovered Mjollnir as it is her responsibility. She
could be a great leader some day, but not until she
still has a lot to learn. I kept my demigod status a
secret for my own protection. The tribe naively
believes and would expect that a demigod can and
should defeat Karth, but I have my doubts. Karth is
a formidable opponent, as Fenrir's descendant he
inherited most of his strength and wisdom. Even
with the powers of a demigod, I'm not confident I
alone could defeat him.
