Harkas told you that simply finding the Emerald Dragon is simple, but it will be no simple feat to actually defeat it. The power Muto felt in Atlantis is in fact thousands of years of rage distilled into one being.
You should make sure you are truly prepared before you approach the Emerald Dragon.
