There has been an unexpected turn of events. I've recieved a letter from Emerald Dragon Island; the people there are under attack and are requesting assistance. They claim that if they are defeated, it would present a major threat to Atlantis... but I'm not sure who would be attacking such a secluded place.
Go and speak with the one who sent this letter, and find out what is going on.
