Use the Gramr Sword on the dais in Swordgrave. Then talk with the Tyr Spirit Sword.

Introduction

The Sword increases its power by collecting the Seven Deadly Sins. There are so many evil spirits in the netherworld and the Tyr Sword continues to collect them to bolster its power. You will not be able to defeat it alone, you need to use the Gramr Sword.

NPC Dialog

Stupid human, you may be powerful, but I grow
moreso every passing second. Look around you, I
have summoned the evil spirits you thought you had
already defeated. There are thousands of spirits like
these in the netherworld, I will grow more powerful
as you grow weaker. You will beg in the end for me
to take your spirit.

Quest Completion

So you finally call me. I have waited for this since
your spirit first touched mine in the Bermuda
Islands. Odin made us to balance each other's
power. Do not fear, human, I will help you fight the
Tyr Sword Spirit.
