Show Quest Info

Introduction

According to the diary, the Gold Vessels discovered on Golden Island are elven masterpieces. The Elves had a habit of recording their history in the form of patterns. The patterns on the Gold Vessels appear to be that sort of history. Muto wants to find information on Golden Island and the Divine Artifact in these patterns, but to do that, he'll need the help of the arch mage Taran. Taran is different from Berminham, he's a scholar of patterns.

NPC Dialog

I discovered something interesting in the journal.
The Gold Vessels are of elven craftsmanship and
the patterns on them are very special. The Elves
had a habit of recording their history in the form of
patterns. The arch mage Taran is a scholar of such
patterns. Take these Gold Vessels found in the Sea
of Atlantis to him. We may get more information
about Golden Island if he can decipher the patterns
on them.

Quest Completion

Incredible! These Gold Vessels are marvelous.
Clearly of elven make. Where did you find such rare
craftsmanship? I'm sorry, I was distracted by the
quality of these pieces, I forgot your question. The
patterns are records as Muto said, but they were
written in an old language. They are hard to
decode, I'll need more time.
