Introduction

Eurice told you that the Fallen Angels have become resentful of the Scarlet Phoenix, whose rule is harsh and heavy-handed. She believes you may be able to help them, and has asked you to meet with Delai, the leader of the Fallen Angels.

The Fallen Angels have guarded the Killing Grounds
for thousands of years. When Odin appointed the
Scarlet Phoenix as adjudicator, it was initially tough,
yet effective. However, the beast has grown much
more aggressive and heavy-handed in its rule, and
the Fallen Angels are at the brink of collapse. We
simply cannot suffer this any longer. Please, speak
to Delai. So long as the Scarlet Phoenix rules here,
we will never know peace.

put down the Headless Knights. You have my
thanks; they have been a thorn in our side for an
