Introduction

Delai told you about how the Fallen Angels were punished by the Scarlet Phoenix for failing to protect the Killing Grounds. She has asked you to eliminate the root of the unrest there, the Immortal Rebels.

NPC Dialog

The Headless Knights have been causing a lot of
commotion, and we weren't able to keep them
contained. Scarlet Phoenix punished us for this;
many of us were burned alive, and of those who
survived, most lost the ability to speak. We can no
longer properly defend the Killing Grounds, and at
this rate, we will be completely exterminated. Surely
this is not what Odin had in mind. We must stem
this unrest at its source: the Immortal Rebels. They
are the ones instigating the Headless Knights; if we
remove them from the picture, things may yet calm
down.

Thank you. With the Immortal Rebels gone, we may
actually be able to recover.
