Defeat the Absolute Cold General and the Flame Rider. Pass through the Misty Passage and confront Chiyu. Defeat him then return to Muto Atlantis.

Introduction

All the tomb's security measures have de-activated as Ghostlord Stinger fell. The only enemies left standing between you and Chiyu are the Absolute Cold General and the Flame Rider. Defeat them and seal Chiyu away once again!

NPC Dialog

Ghostlord Stinger's death and security measure de-activation are confirmed. I am unsure of Chiyu's chamber's exact location. However, the Absolute Cold General and the Flame Rider remain to be defeated. They are bound to forever accompany Chiyu. Find them, and you will find Chiyu. Seal away the demon once again in the name of the Yellow Emperor!

Quest Completion

Chiyu was once feared by all, even by the gods. Yet, you were able to transcend fate itself and defeat him. You have accomplished what no god was able to and saved Atlantis and this world.
We may rest easy now, but we must remain vigilant. Hades did not show himself even after you sealed Chiyu away. There is no telling what else he has planned.
